Stacey Jewell joins forces with the Non Airbrushed Me Movement!

Stacey Jewell is one heck of a powerhouse. Oscillating daily between being a curve model, body activist and online influencer, she was and always has been an obvious candidate to join forces with from the very start – and for good reason! We are so lucky to have Miss Jewell on board and are all the more happy to see she feels the same way too. Read on to find out her insights on being a NAM ambassador and remember to check back next Thursday for another installment of Meet the Team Thursdays.

Until then,
Team NAM xx

When Amber reached out to me and asked me if I wanted to be an Ambassador with the Non Airbrushed Me movement, I didn’t even have to think twice about it! My answer was automatically YES! Why? Because this movement is doing great things, in particular for women. NAM focuses on encouraging women to love themselves and their bodies without modification. Here’s a little bit about the movement:

We live in a world where the definition of beauty has fallen to the sidelines. Is beauty created on a computer? Is it hiding every last flaw to evolve into something you’re not? Is it plastering on the fake tan and airbrushing every “undesirable” area …to achieve what society has defined as “perfection”? This is not beauty. Beauty does not have a predefined size or shape. Beauty is confidence. Beauty is loving your body for what it is, and unapologetic-ally flaunting it for the whole world to see. Here at Nonairbrushed Me, we have one goal in mind. To celebrate beauty in all forms in a raw and authentic way. We want YOU to feel confident and gorgeous day after day.

Have you met Amber yet? Amber Gwynn is a registered nurse and a warrior woman living with Multiple Sclerosis. She understands the importance of honoring and nurturing our bodies and being grateful for the function our bodies give us each day.

I’m so excited to be a part of the Movement! The sky is the limit for this one.
